Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour recently appointed Frank Evans, OD ‘76, to the Mississippi State Board of Optometry. His term will expire in 2013.

Dr. Evans is a native of Water Valley, Mississippi. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors and as President of the Mississippi Optometric Association. He is in private practice in Calhoun City.
